By purchasing RadCORE you are agreeing to our licensing policy.


It is strictly forbidden to RESELL the RadCORE source code, either TOTAL or PARTIAL.

It is expressly forbidden to create a competing project based on RadCORE's idea, that is, if you want to create a competitor, do not buy RadCORE.


If you include in your contract with your client, the sources of the project developed on the basis of PARTIAL or TOTAL of RadCORE, will be legally permitted provided that YOUR CLIENT acquires a license of the RadCORE project.

This will allow a control of the circulation of the RadCORE.


I, Lúcio Flávio Ferreira Motta, creator and developer of the RadCORE Project, am supported by Law No. 9,610/98 - Copyright Law and Law No. 9,609/98 - Software Law, its commercialization or (re)sale of sources or creation of a by-product based on full and/or partial structure/source code, and no rights grant agreement.


I hope that, as a developer, you understand that if the source is distributed indiscriminately, I will have no further incentives to continue the project.


Once the sharing of updates, distribution of the source without proper purchase, piracy, any situation previously described, both USERS involved will be automatically removed from the private group and will no longer receive updates from the project and will be subject to legal measures in which the The aforementioned laws protect me.

Terms and conditions


Note: You will be entitled to 12 months of updates.


All designs are eligible for corrective updates and improvements, fonts will be updated and you will be notified by email and/or in the group for 12 months from date of purchase.


IMPORTANT

You will be able to download and register all updates within your legal licensing period.

Pay attention to email messages and especially in the private group of TELEGRAM users.

After the legal period of 12 months has passed, you will no longer be able to download updates.


After your license period, updates will be sent upon renewal of your RadCORE license.


Only structurally large MODULES can be requested for a contribution to cover development costs. But this has not yet happened.


Review the terms and be sure of your purchase. 


We do not refund amounts paid as it is source code.




UPDATES AND ACCESS TO THE PRIVATE GROUP


During the period of your RadCORE license, you will receive Project updates in your email and have access to the private user group, where you will also be informed about updates.

To avoid problems with email, add the email to your "whitelist": mikromundo@gmail.com

After the period of your license, you need to renew your license.

After 3 months without renewing your license you will no longer have access to the renewal discount.


If it is not renewed, you will be removed from the group and will no longer receive updates.


The discount for renewal will currently be 25% of the value of the RadCORE WEB (UNIGUI) license in force at the time of renewal.
