Support:


- Support is provided free of charge and with limitations regarding the context of the request and the response time.


- Support and access to the user group will be provided solely to users with the active license.


- Due to the different Holdage Fuse of Radcore users, I always try to respond outside business hours and also on Sundays and holidays, but this is not a rule;

Remember:

- You are not "buying specialized support" along with your Radcore license. Support is basically within the criteria / contexts of use of the Radcore project.

- Matters related to web concepts, deploy and/or on Unigui itself, in some situations, I can help.

- The response time can be up to 48h obeying the aforementioned service hours.


I don't know everything!!!


ALWAYS use the Documentation


The documentation contains pretty much everything you need but, of course, I understand that sometimes you can't find what you're looking for.


As a UNIGUI user, I think you understand that its documentation is one of its weakest points, and I've been trying to provide the RadCORE documentation to be useful, but there are too many resources and of course, I might end up not adding a topic.


Use the keyword search that will make it easier.

As with RadCORE itself, the documentation is always being improved and if you have any suggestions they will be appreciated.


Remember that RadCORE is UNIGUI!


What you can't find in RadCORE, you'll do it yourself.

Many things are added to RadCORE at the suggestion of users, but generally speaking, you can create features that don't exist.

Some things in unigui need to resort to CSS and there are many classes created in the default CSS that comes with RadCORE.

RadCORE applies CSS by default to improve some things in UNIGUI but it is not the purpose of this manual to explain every detail of how RadCORE solves problems etc.


Use Telegram's private Radcore user group to post your questions as other users can help, but I am available for private contact.


In the group description there is a link to the "ENGLISH only" group divided by topics.

Requesting improvements:

I am always 'listening' the requests but I cannot guarantee the creation of everything. Each one needs to understand the project and apply their programming knowledge to meet their needs.

As stated in the first topics, radcore and/or any radcore (radticket/radfood/radkanbam project are not ready and complete applications of all features each user needs. These are basic projects to be optimized based on your programming knowledge and prerequisites that any project requires (knowledge of Unigui itself, Web, APIs etc.).


BUG FIXES:

Problems in developing any software are common and I always try to solve as soon as possible within the set times and my time availability.

In order for me to help you need to send sufficient information so that I can analyze the problem and confirm that it is a radcore problem.


For this it will be very important:


- Properly describe the problem you need to solve;

- Send prints of screens and/or videos demonstrating the problem;

(Do not make videos with your phone pointing your computer screen, use a screen recording sophtare for it)

- As in the Unigui Forum, in some situations it will be of great help to send a "test case".


It will be much more complicated for me (and in some cases even impossible to offer my help) to solve problems in versions that had a very high customization level, such as:


- Change of established standard;

- Change of Firedac for another Engine;

- Use of DBMs, components, resources that are not of my knowledge;

- Creation of new features of your project based on Radcore (RadTiket/RadFood/RadKanbam etc);


What I mean is that, within the developmental standard delivered to the acquisition of Radcore and/or any project based on Radcore (Radtket/Radfood/Radkanbam etc), I can give the necessary support.


Paid support

It is possible to purchase paid support for a more detailed explanation of RadCORE and/or create some feature or screen.

This helps to maintain the project. But I don't always have available schedules.

For this you can also count on some users who specialize in Radcore and can be contacted in the group itself and provide paid support.
