Support:


- Support is provided free of charge and with limitations regarding the context of the request and the response time.


- Support and access to the user group will be provided solely to users with the active license.


- Due to the different Holdage Fuse of Radcore users, I always try to respond outside business hours and also on Sundays and holidays, but this is not a rule;


Brazilian business hours (Brasília time):


Monday to Friday: 08:00h to 12:00h and from 14:00h to 18:00h

Saturday: 08:00h to 12:00h


Remember:

- You are not "buying specialized support" along with your Radcore license. Support is basically within the criteria / contexts of use of the Radcore project.

- Matters related to web concepts, deploy and/or on Unigui itself, in some situations, I can help.

- The response time can be up to 48h obeying the aforementioned service hours.


Remember: I don't know everything!!! Topics about databases, deployment, Linux... I reserve the right to not have an answer to everything you ask me, but I will always try to find an answer within my possibilities or with the help of others.




ALWAYS use the Documentation


The documentation contains pretty much everything you need but, of course, I understand that sometimes you can't find what you're looking for.


As a UNIGUI user, I think you understand that its documentation is one of its weakest points, and I've been trying to provide the RadCORE documentation to be useful, but there are too many resources and of course, I might end up not adding a topic.


Use the keyword search that will make it easier.

As with RadCORE itself, the documentation is always being improved and if you have any suggestions they will be appreciated.





Paid support

It is possible to purchase paid support for a more detailed explanation of RadCORE and/or create some feature or screen.

This helps to maintain the project. But I don't always have available schedules.

For this you can also count on some users who specialize in Radcore and can be contacted in the group itself and provide paid support.
