Simple Lookup Search with dynamic registration option.

A LookUp will be created that will display the "DESCRICAO" field of the "TURNOS" table (edLkpTURNOS).


The search field by code (@) will also be added. It is still possible to inform the WIDTH of the field, ex: @60


Upon return, the shift code will be recorded in the "CodiTurno" field of the sqlMaster query.
